Man, the smartest of them all.
Our world is in pain, can’t you hear her call?
We were blessed to have a planet ours and our own.
Listen to her cry and her angry groan.
Wars, fires, explosions, hatred, and gloom.
We have sealed ourselves in a hellish tomb.
Ashes upon ashes dust and more dust.
Our beautiful home is crumbling right before us!
Our lives for our country we so humbly gave…
Will we do the same for our planet that we yet need to save?
Recycle, too much garbage, we need clean air…
Hey, did you hear that? So what! I don’t care!
One day will come when we must face our fears.
To die alone with eyes of tears.
We will destroy ourselves, unfortunately we will see.
Mother Earth will die also, with Her Spirit set free.
